Treatments focused more on the whole body to aid in muscle recovery using a broad set of techniques and modalities. Involves corrections, deep tissue work, and stretching

Treatment of body mechanics to retrain muscle memory and improve mobility, function & strength
PHYSICAL THERAPY
Incorporate manual, hands on PT Treatments & Techniques to improve strength, range of motion, and mobility
NEUROKINETIC THERAPY (NKT)
A practice that finds dysfunctional movement patterns through muscle testing. NKT finds which muscles are overworking and underworking to create a better balance in your body. NKT can help people who are experiencing pain, tightness, or performance plateaus by creating more functional movement patterns.
MEET OUR THERAPIST
Stephanie Ashton is a Licensed Medical Massage Practitioner. She specializes in Muscle Energy Technique, (MET) of the joints, deep tissue massage and posture assessment for standing and gait patterns. Stephanie is also a Certified Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist and Physical Therapy Assistant.

IN HOME VISITS
To accommodate clients concerned with Covid-19 exposure, we now offer medical massage or personal training sessions in a professional home office located in Woodbridge, Virginia.
